Some things to consider:
Where will the tasting be held? Will you be advertising the event?
If you’re planning on hosting the event in an establishment already covered by a liquor license, no sweat! If not, a Special Occasion Permit issued by the AGCO may be required depending on the location, whether the event is public, and if you are planning to advertise.
